    At Better Together Alliance, we know that sometimes all it takes to make a change for the better is working together. Since our founding, we have been determined to make an impact with folx who are unhoused in the Tampa Bay area. The core of our efforts is to bring together individuals, agencies, and organziations to provide range of services to those in need. Through all of our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.

  • Community Food Pantry

    The Community Food Pantry strives to end the physical and emotional hunger of families in a dignified manner. Our comprehensive approach not only alleviates hunger with nutritional foods, but also provides support services such as health screenings, hygiene bags, and homeless outreach. We serve each client and host each volunteer with grace and dignity and without regard to race, creed, religion, income or perceived need.

  • Bags of Hope

    Each bag will be made with love by volunteers and shared with those in the community in need of basic toiletries. Bags of Hope are distributed to outreach programs, churches, and individuals to share on their own. We do not encourage the sharing of any Bags of Hope in an unsafe place or situation.

  • Restored Image

    Restored Image is a non-profit organization. The goal of Restored Image is to build outreach within our area homeless shelters, churches, businesses, and local public schools. It is alarming that many people don’t know about local, state, and federal resources that are available to them. This lack of understanding can have serious consequences, particularly for individuals who don’t have health insurance or access to basic life needs.

  • Tampa Hope - Catholic Charities

    Tampa Hope is a Catholic Charities operated shelter presently serving 125 homeless adults with plans to expand to 325. Their goal is to assist these women and men in achieving permanent housing and self-sufficiency in four months (they will extend this as necessary provided clients are progressing and following the prescribed service plan of action to achieve the end-goal of self-sufficiency). To do so, they provide the following basic assistance in addition to shelter: three meals a day toiletries (hygiene items) clothing access to restrooms, showers and laundry facilities.

  • Good Neighbors Community Food Connection

    Good Neighbors provides food specifically for unhoused individuals through our Food with Dignity program. This helps provide surplus food to residential facilities that have temporary housing for unhoused individuals such as extended stay hotels, respite, foster agencies, group homes, tent cities, rehabilitation facilities, halfway houses and veterans as well as organizations/groups that serve the homeless.

    OASIS is a non‐denominational, Christian, faith‐based, non‐profit ministry that offer encouragement and support to all women and families experiencing a planned or unplanned pregnancy, regardless of faith or background. We have five centers, three in Pasco County (Land O Lakes, Wesley Chapel and Dade City) and two in north Hillsborough County (Tampa).

    Kennedy Cares Tampa Bay (KCTB) is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit, community support program that provides essential resources to individuals and families experiencing economic hardships. Support may include (but is not limited to) diapers, childcare supplies, small household goods and appliances, clothing, toiletries, etc. We provide services to Hillsborough & Pasco Counties.

  • New Life Warehouse

    New Life Warehouse is a volunteer-led Christian organization that helps those in need in the Tampa Bay Community by delivering donated furniture and household goods to foster families, trafficking victims, clients who are transitioning out of homelessness, refugee families who are placed in housing, and others who are starting over in a new place.

  • The Coffee Shop Grace Point

    The Coffee Shop is Gracepoint’s Outreach and Engagement Center that provides showers, laundry, coffee and snacks, a temporary mailing address, psycho-educational groups, and respite from the streets for our homeless neighbors. It is located in the same building as all of our other Homeless Services, which gives them access to screenings, case management, and referrals.

  • Timothy Initiative

    Timothy Initiative exists to serve broken men whose lives have fallen apart due to addiction, homelessness, or some other major life challenge. We help men find recovery and new life in Christ through Recovery, Work Therapy, Community, and Discipleship. Here men are given the chance to be the person God has made them to be; the father, husband, son, or brother that their families need.

  • Well Built Bikes

    WellBuilt bikes is a non-profit bike shop that sells refurbished bikes at affordable prices and invests the sales revenue into our Earn-A-Bike program so those with little to no money can access and own a bike of their own. In so doing, we can make sure everyone in Tampa, regardless of income, is able to own their own bike and have the benefits of access, exercise, community, and everything else that comes from cycling.

    The Ybor Youth Clinic (YYC) is the only clinic in Hillsborough County dedicated to providing targeted health care and risk reduction services to youth (ages 13 to 24) in a compassionate and non-judgmental environment.
